full amount must be paid on arrival:

3 months x $640 = $1920 total due

Rules For Your Comfort & Protection

Managers assume no responsibility for accident, injuries or losses from any cause to campers or visitors.
Check-Out time is 11 a.m. Rent is payable in advance.
Quiet Hours - 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Please pay at office for washing of cars and trailers.
No clotheslines on patios - Use drying yard for that purpose.
Overnight guests must register and will be charged $2 per person per night.
Please put your trash in dumpsters.
The recreation buildings are for everybody's enjoyment. Anyone abusing or destroying property will be asked to leave.
Each site is limited to one unit, each unit is limited to one family and 1 car.
Laundry and restrooms are closed from 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Pet restrictions
Children must be accompanied by adults, while in the park
Speed Limit is 15 m.p.h. !
