Frequently Asked Questions |
|
|
What age restrictions do
you have in your park? |
|
Guests of any age are permitted to stay up to 30 days a year.
|
|
My job may keep me in the area for over a year. Can I get a
better rate for such a long stay? |
|
Yes you can. You
may qualify for our yearly rate if your application is approved. You may
request an application for pre-approval via e-mail or regular mail.
|
|
Does
Highland Pines offer planned activities? |
|
Yes we
certainly do! During the "in" season we have Bocce, Billiard, Petanque and
Shuffleboard leagues, and a swimming aerobics group. Bingo
is played year round. We also have a seasonal recreation coordinator who
plans outings and activities based upon inputs. Such include Casino
Cruises and Dinner Cruises to name a few. From November through
March, we have dances every Saturday night with a variety of
entertainment.

Emergency |
|
It is difficult to resolve a situation several days after it
happens. If you do see people in the park that don’t appear to belong
here, or for any emergency please contact the Park Manager or a Park
employee. We will respond immediately.

Pets |
We
welcome your pets. However, we have a serious
problem of people not picking up after their dogs.
This is a violation of park rules and your lease.
You must pick up after your pets anywhere in the park. This includes the county right of way on the
North end of the
park, the storage lot, and all the common grassy areas owned by the
park. Please do not cut
through peoples lots when walking your dogs. Pets
are not allowed outside, unattended.
There are new breed restrictions for pets allowed in the
Park. These breeds are not allowed in the Park:
- Pit Bulls
- Rottweilers
- Dobermans
- German Shepherds
